The application supports batch conversion and allows the user to convert PDF password protected documents.
The program can work in these modes:
Standard mode - The application will transform the PDF document to the selected output format preserving text and images original positions, obtaining an output file very similar to the original PDF file.
Contigous mode - The original document text and images positions are no respected, and the text lines will be placed together in order to save space in the output file.
User can also select the output file format:
Microsoft Office Word format (DOC) - The application converts PDF to Word documents preserving all the document formats. Also, the output file is compressed to make it smaller than an RTF document.
Rich Text format (RTF) - The program converts the PDF document saving all the original file formats, that are converted to instructions to be interpreted by different applications, as well as by compatible Microsoft programs, and the output result document is not compressed.
Text Only (TXT) - The application converts the PDF document to a plain Text file, without saving any original format. Page and section breaks and new line special characters are converted to paragraph marks, using ANSI character set. This conversion is useful when the destination program can't read or interpret ant file formatting. more
